Remote workstation services

ARE has few machine as of now that is available to faculty and graduate students. These machines will be more powerful than your regular desktop and will have more memory available.

• The computers are running server operating system which allows them to support two simultaneous remote sessions at the same time. The computer shares the resources if both users are connected to it at the same time.
• Please note that this is a shared resource and should not be abused. If you would like to have remote access to this machine please contact ARE IT. You will need to provide a brief explanation as to why you need access to this computer and what software you are planning on using on the computer.
