Our conference rooms (Nelson 3302,4302 and 4305) have been upgraded with touch panels that sync to the corresponding conference room calendar.
If you see a red light on the touch panel, the conference room is reserved. Please do not interrupt.
If you see a green light, that means the room is available. There are two ways to schedule our conference rooms (3302,4302):
- Using Google Calendar
- Walk-Up
- If the conference room is available, it will let you schedule the room using the touch screen in increments of 30 minutes.
Nelson 4305 is not a public Google calendar, if you would like to schedule an event in this room, please contact Molly Hutchison (mkhutchi@ncsu.edu).
