Adobe Acrobat 2020 is now available via Software Center. To download this software the user will need to be signed-onto NCSU VPN Service. As with all ARE Software software, this one is self-service, meaning if a user wants to install it, they can initiate the process themselves via Software Center application installed on their computer.
Acrobat 2020 should automatically delete 2019 and any previous older version of Acrobat upon installation. This product and all other Creative Cloud products from Adobe now require a sign-in from a user upon installation just like 2019 versions. To sign-in a user will need to input their NCSU e-mail, which should immediately re-direct them to the Shibboleth login page where they can enter their credentials (those who have signed in the 2019 version may not need to sign in).
